Type of Ban: game ban
Date of Ban and Duration: 7/23/22 - permanent ban
Reason for Ban: "Alt of Alessandro"
Server you were playing on when banned: Wizard's den.
Your side of the story: I am, indeed, really confused about how this happened. Just before the ban my character suddenly had his hands mysteriously cut off and started suffocating with not apparent reason. It then reincarnated as a monkey and started violently bouncing around the station while every other character (including myself) was asking what was going on, then connection fell off. When i tried to log in again, i was permabanned with the accusation of being the alt account of "Alessandro".
Why you think you should be unbanned: The accusation is false, this account is the only one I am using to play the game, I don't use alt accounts and I don't know who this "Alessandro" is. 
Anything else we should know: I think it's all.
