Reason the ban should be removed: I was just bored and I didn't tell anyone specifically, plus he's been banned for 12 days

We are not interested in players who decide to get kicks from saying slurs when they're bored. Part of your appeal is convincing us you won't be a problem, not just you telling us how long you've been banned. Denied. Appeal again in a week.
