Chat key bindings allowed?

Basically I found out by someone else that if you modify the games key bindings file you can set it to run a command on pressing a keybind. Since chatting uses the "say" command you can just make "macros", emotes are probably fine but what about chatting?

I do feel like this is a useful but powerful feature in certain cases, it's technically built in the game so I don't see a reason it's bad but being able to just scream for help in command channel when you are being murdered without needing to stop can be powerful
