if a prisoner escapes permabrig are they liable for execution without cap's permission on LRP

prisoner is a traitor/does terrible act like killing people with a crowbar or w/e

they then get put in perma

they then escape once or twice

does cap need to be called or can warden/HoS/whomever kill them

I believe the confusion stems from the very next server rule stating (at least for myself)

Those who willfully attempt to damage/destroy or escape from the permabrig may be executed.

Which makes it look as if the execution is approved, though this may be less confusing to native English speakers.
