Because kinda large amount of time had passed and those guys haven't been banned / muted I through that you can write in any language at the end of the round, so I decided to respond and wrote "hello, me" on russian (also in OOC). Then I got banned at the start of the next round. Reason the ban should be removed: now I know that you can't write in other languaches than english even at the end of the round.
