For the purposes of admin enforcement, taking advantage of pricing differences is not considered bug abuse. Cargo making significant amounts of money or making money too easily is generally not enjoyable gameplay and can be unfairly detrimental to antagonists. As always, administrators are free to take actions to make rounds more interesting or improve it in other ways, so they may request that you stop or interfere.
