Role(s): Clown Length of ban: Indefinite Events leading to the ban: Prior to the round in question, I discovered you can craft pneumatic cannons. I made one and tested it out. I discovered that I could launch multiple items in rapid succession. Later, I was playing a clown and got the bright idea of shooting a ton space lube beakers across the bar. I was too lazy though so I decided to shoot beer bottles instead. I went to the bar, and launched heaps of beer across the room, making a huge mess of glass shards and puddles. I then tried to blow up a water tank in the bar, but I couldn't get it to work, so I resorted to picking up every drink on the counter and hurl them across the room. I was then gibbed by a crowd of angry bar patrons. Reason the ban should be removed: This job ban was over a year ago I believe, and since then I've only gotten like 1 warning I can recall. I now of course understand that pranks aren't supposed to be so detrimental to those around you. They shouldn't be funny to just the clown and perhaps some random bystander, and they definitely shouldn't be vandalism. Poor bartender.

So, I went and just started smashing all the drinks on the counter until I got beaten to death, gibbed, and role banned. Reason the ban should be removed: It was a year ago, and I went overboard with my clown shenanigans. I will try to be more creative instead of just being a shitter in the bar.

I was the guy who posted that appeal you mentioned. I agree that it definitely felt unfair and ridiculous, especially for the crime, but I had been banned once or twice before, and I did talk about the ban in the discord, and that wasn't allowed, causing the ban to become voucher only. I also believe the admin in question didn't like me very much, which is understandable based on how I acted at the time. In my case, the admins decided to accept my appeal, removing the need for a voucher based on the circumstances of the ban. The punishment system here isn't without flaws, but compared to some of the ss13 admin teams I've seen, It's pretty good.

Events leading to the ban: Was pissed off at the time due to a ban I thought was a bit excessive, and I decided to edit a picture of one of the messages of the admin that banned me to make it say that they loved drinking urine, pretty much asking for a discord server ban, as an act of frustration. Reason the ban should be removed: It's been a long time, I've been unbanned from the game itself, and I have some questions I want to ask about what's changed since I've been gone. I'm not gonna do what I did to get banned again of course, the admins already have to deal with some of the most insane people on the internet.

Events leading to the ban: I believe I had posted a picture of someone with a bugged character sprite on the ss14 discord. This was from an ongoing round, and I do not remember if I knew of any rule against doing it or not. I think there was something at the top of the page that said not to post pictures of ongoing rounds. I do not know if I had seen that at the time or not. After posting the picture, I was banned. Reason the ban should be removed: It's been quite a bit of time since the ban, I've played other games, I've played a bit of SS13. I get that I didn't have the best track record, and I had been banned I think once before, but I miss this game, and want to come play it again. I don't have a voucher form another server, which I assume means another SS14 server. (After the ban I quit ss14 altogether.) I believe it was the admin moony that banned me. I don't think the ban had to have been appeal + voucher only, it was just an insignificant picture. I know the ban message says I need a voucher, but I don't play ss14 anymore, I only ever played on the wizard den servers. I made bad decisions and regret them. I don't have a voucher, so it is up to you admins to decide. And of course I won't post pictures of ongoing rounds any more (If I ever end up getting unbanned from the discord. Why you think you should be unbanned: The ban was unfair. I posted an insignificant, funny picture of a tiny man from an ongoing round and I get fucking permabanned. Wow. I wonder what their thought process was. How can someone metagame from a picture of a tiny man. HOW??? HOW??? HOW??? And they said that I should "know better by now" I've never gotten a single word about posting an insignificant picture from an ongoing round. If it contained vital information to the round then I wouldn't have posted it. They called it "Leaking ongoing rounds". What did I leak? The fact that someone is tiny? What does that have to do with the round? I'm pissed and I hope you understand how dumb this is aswell. Anything else we should know:

I think it was just the throwing drinks part that got me banned. Everything else was just what a clown usually does in terms of pranks.

Lemme add some stuff to this. This is my first ever ban, and every single thing I did involved slipping people. Here's a more detailed story: Round starts, I'm clown. I go to kitchen and ask for a spray bottle, I bring it to chem, get it filled with space lube, and make my way to bar. After turning bar into a tripping hazard and eating some pizza, I find a lawyer who asks if I want to do a prank, he shows me what happens when you throw a bucket full of water, we slip a few people and then I see a water tank, I wondered if it would explode like a fuel tank does when welded, leaving a huge pile of slippy water. I go on a long quest for a welder, I finally get one, I bring the water tank into the bar and try to weld the tank, turns out I need to hit the tank a few times before welding it, so nothing happened. As an alternative, I grabbed all the drinks from the bar, and threw them all over the room. 10 People gang up on me and beat me to death. My face is unrecognizable after being punched and shot at several times. I was then bwoinked "Why did you do that?" or something like that, and then I was banned for 2 days. After talking about the ban in the discord, (I wasn't aware of any rule against doing so), it became a permaban and they added the text to the ban message, "Doesn't seem to have gotten the point". I got the point. I don't know when the admin started watching my shenanigans, but a quick bwoink of "Be mindful of rule 1 or you will be punished" could've prevented it. But I think they just wanted to see if I would continue annoying people with slipping hazards. I think it was extended to perma because I had been saying shit on the discord like, "I love annoying people as clown.", and also "I'll roleplay as a crazy man who shoves random pills down people's throats." (AS A JOKE!) I *THINK* the conversation was something about roleplay so I threw in a joke about how I'll 'roleplay' as a crazy man who shoves random pills down people's throats. I also said "I love painting the picture that I'm an absolute dickhead online just for reactions" which was a shitty excuse of mine as to why I did all of the above. In the end, I wasn't being very mindful of how pissed people were getting and on discord I wasn't being very mindful of what I was saying and dug myself a hole. I won't smash drinks again.

(after talking about ban in discord they added 'Doesn't seem to have got the point') Server you were playing on when banned: Lizard Your side of the story: I decided I would space lube bar, then take all drinks and smash them on the floor, then I threw buckets in the halls with a lawyer friend, then I attempted to weld a water tank in the bar. Why you think you should be unbanned: I obviously now know that constant pranks and assholery is bannable. Next time I won't overdo. Anything else we should know: Pneumatic cannon filled with beer is terrifying.

Your side of the story: People were spamming gifs and memes in general and I decided to hop on the meme train. Why you think you should be unbanned: The ban was a bit silly in my opinion, and it looks like everyone else who posted a meme or gif in that little meme train was also banned. I don't think a permanent ban was necessary for 1 gif. But I'll try not to contribute to mass meme dumping in general from now on.
