With all due respect, I feel like the staff team have ignored my repeated disclaimers that I was NOT trying to violate my head job ban. I clarified it very well that I only asked for it to make an announcement, I didn't even know asking for that makes you a head. Why you think you should be unbanned: My ban was for violating head ban, and not RPing as priest. My head ban was because I asked Command access to make an announcement . I didn't know that makes me a head, and being a 'head' is a conscious decision where you would be head of x personnel. For my not RPing as priest, I was making a cult. Full explanation in the previous ban appeal linked above. Anything else we should know: With all due respect, and I really love the community, I feel like the staff members ignored what I was saying. I explained very clearly that "I am not a head", and what I hear back "No, you were a head". There wasn't a single instance during the RP where "becoming a head" was spoken about. I just wanted to make a station announcement...

And if you some read the transcript between Kayek and me, you could even see me genuinely being sorry and trying to learn from what I did wrong. I promise its never my intention to break any of the rules, and I really want to make it clear that I didn't try to evade my job ban, I only wanted to make an announcement...

Please just make sure to read the appeal about the access, I've explained it there more thoroughly, but I keep telling you guys, I wasn't trying to evade my job ban or trying to get special access, I was only trying to make an announcement

I really just want to say again because I'm extremely worried, as I think these are the only things I am thought of breaking: 1. I was doing chaplain/religionRP with a special plan. 2. I did not in any way tried to make myself a head, neither did I ask for any kind of role access, only access to announce, nothing related to requesting security/med access, or becoming a Head. Thank you all so much for understanding.

Repeating again, I didn't even know it makes me a "head", and neither did I even try to be a head... I did not try to evade, oppose, or skirt my job ban in any way...

I wish to also add that it's extremely clear that I wasn't intending to be any command or head role, as none of the other heads, captain, or I ever mentioned it. I really want to emphasize that the Command access was purely to make a communications announcement for the ring, nothing more.

Please just read my explanation. I wasn't even clarified what specifics I broke. To clarify once again, I didn't take Command access to be an actual head role. And I didn't even know that makes me a head! Edit: My first ban was appealed, and my second wasn't given a response till it was small enough to "wait it out"...

Server you were playing on when banned: Lizard Your side of the story: I have been playing as a Chaplain. I sometimes ask to become a security paladin, or medical to assist. I was told that I shouldn't repeat it frequently, and do more chaplain RP. I understood, and tried to do as such. Situation: Next round, I planned to do something interesting, making a religion and picking its members through a Rage Cage. I asked the captain to allow me to announce it. The captain didn't want to pass the ID so that I could make the announcement, but he did give me Command access so that I could. The Command access was to announce, and not to be a Head, to NOT opposes my Heads ban. It can be seen below in the screenshots. The Captain later on asked me if I wanted to keep access, I told him it doesnt matter, because I didnt think that it would make me a head in any way, or cause issue. Whenever someone asked me "What are you building?" I always even referred to it as a "Holy Place", hinting at what I am trying to do from the start! (as you can see from the screenshots) After the rage cage went on, I was about to speak to get into more of the religionRP, dragging injured people to speak with them about it, and fighters, but was contacted by Moony then. After he contacted me, I didn't even understand what went wrong. And before I was able to explain myself, I instantly got banned! Why you think you should be unbanned: I genuinely am in love with the community and the game, and if you read my admin chat logs to when Kayek contacted me about slowing down from sec/med access, you can see me really caring & thanking him for teaching me more about the rules, and apologizing for anything I accidentally did wrong. I truly was trying to do something new for religionRP that would be interesting to most people, but I wasn't even able to be given the chance to explain! Anything else we should know: I just wish I had more clarification when I was contacted before the ban, so I could be able to explain. Thank you.

Reason for why I didnt know it was wrong: I didn't know that it wasn't allowed because admins were present when I did it before, and it has also received awards in #stardictions, so I thought it was fine. >I locked a person in the resource/drone vault, Reason for why I did it: I told him several times not to enter the vault, but when he did, he instantly begun stealing materials. I locked him in and ran to security to bring them, but was side-tracked. I came back shortly to get him out of the vault. Why you think you should be unbanned: My mistakes were completely un-intentional, as I didn't mean to break any rules, and I have been banned for a long while. Anything else we should know: I have learnt more and more about the rules lately and have been extremely cautious not to do anything unknown without contacting a staff member first. Thank you.

I feel like the punishment has been over-exaggerated, and now the appeal has been ignored.

I understand the clown offence, but there is no reason for the other offences... I didn't do any more harm than the clown offence. The space drug was pure roleplay. I feel like it was twisted heavily to get this to be a way harsher ban... Four days isn't the end of the world, but it's definitely an over-exaggeration of the offences which haven't even considered my explanation.

But, I believe there's an explanation for each. > "Griefing security" - I was made a clown in that round + was on drugs after having previous altercations with security(so motive) > "acting creepy" - I am completely confused to that but the closest guess would be when I was high on space drugs, and asking to touch the warden's hair whilst being wanted. This is meant to be ironic, and for comedic effect, not "creepy" unless you make it creepy, because there was no ill intent behind it. > "multiple bans for misbehavior" - Don't know what this specifies. I made sure to not do anything rash after my last ban. Why you think you should be unbanned: I believe the bans just needed more context on the RP situations, rather than instant ban. Anything else we should know: N/A, thank you!

I fully understand that mistake, but could both bans be reduced? It's my first offence, and these are truly honest mistakes.

Server you were playing on when banned: Lizard USW Your side of the story: I got contacted by Todd on ahelp, and he told me that I am going to get banned for "Self antag breaking into bridge, the draft, the bolting of random people you suspect, the toxicity, stealing the hos suit" Why you think you should be unbanned: This is my first ever offence. I can accept the first rule break's punishment, but unfortunately due to how general the ruleset is, it is difficult to see how rulebreak 2 and 3 were wrong without any prior warning. In rule break 2, this is the first time ever someone told me that its not allowed, other staff members were present when I did a draft in other games, and gave no warning. In rule break 3, my intention was simply to keep the thief in the room till security arrived, as I didn't have the tools to non-lethally apprehend him. I love this community a lot and have been for a very long time. I always apologize to people OOCly who I realize they didn't enjoy the RP that we shared between them. It was never my intention to break any rules, and I am extremely sorry for doing so. This is my first offence, so I am very worried. Anything else we should know: I wish I had more time to speak & explain my case with Todd in the ahelp, but whilst I was explaining to Todd, Todd suddenly said that he'll be raising my ban from one day to one WEEK, and instantly ban me afterwards, whilst I was still explaining my case. I also felt he was extremely passive aggressive, even though I was trying my best to communicate with him. I don't understand why he would, but I extremely love the community and want to be friends with everyone, frankly. Thank you and I am sorry for any trouble I have caused.
