  1. You already have a prior ban for blatant RDM with immediate disconnection. Then you started biting people as hamlet citing you were "mentally ill". And a cursory check of the logs reveals that the admin began messaging you on 10-04-23 at 5:04 PM, and you left the server no later than 10-04-23 at 5:05:38 PM. In conclusion, I think you are completely lying. Appeal again in two weeks.
  2. Feel free to appeal again when a voucher meeting the above requirements can be provided.
  3. You have 17 notes on your account since around the beginning of the year and several bans for being a prolific and consistent problem to the game. Powergaming by stealing other crew's gear from medbay to "go fight nukies" is not your job and nor is it an appropriate action for you to do so. I think you can use a break. Appeal again in 10 days.
  4. Denied principally for having an anatomic picture of testicals for your profile picture. You do not paint a good case for yourself when you get banned for saying inappropriate things and the try to appeal with an inappropriate profile picture which is to say nothing of your barely tolerable username choice. Appeal again in a week.
  5. Apparently your ban resulted from trying to discuss the best ways to ban evade and antagonize SS13 servers sometime in September of last year.
  6. Please submit this through the admin message forum section.
  7. Due to your attempt to evade your ban, you are banned indefinitely. You may appeal your ban, but only at least 6 months after your last ban evasion attempt, and only with a voucher of good behavior from another SS13/SS14 server. A voucher of good behavior should be obtained from a well-known or decently active SS13/SS14 server. If it is a mainstream server, we recommend using that server's admin-help to ask for a voucher from one of the administrators explaining that you are trying to appeal a ban on SS14's Wizard's Den and want to show you have been a problem-free player during your playtime on the server. A voucher should be indicative of at least a few months of play. If the voucher is not from a mainstream server, let us know and we will figure out a way to verify it.
  8. This happened barely a year ago and you’ve also tried to evade your ban on like five accounts. Denied.
  9. Alright enough. The security in this place seems to have only been reported as “powertripping” significantly after the tiding was underway. Security is in the right to arrest you for being a constant and central issue the entire round, as well as within their own right to ahelp you if they believe you were breaking the rules. The appeal-ee here has multiple notes for disruptive self antagonism and general tiding. I am locking this until the unsurprising verdict comes forward.
  10. So it is entirely moderation's fault that you spent all of your round exclusively antagonizing security for over 30 minutes because we didn't tell you to stop sooner
  11. Datacenter bans aren't applied to specific accounts, they're applied to IPs used by things like virtual private networks (VPNs). If you are using a VPN, disabling it should allow you to connect to Wizard's Den servers. If you are not using a VPN or something similar, but still cannot connect, please do any of the following: Join our Discord server and ask for help in the #help channel, saying that you're affected by a datacenter ban Create a topic in the Admin Message section
  12. It would be a conflict of interest to accept a voucher for a user where the voucher is being provided by someone who is currently (or is/would be very recently) voucher banned. We would prefer a voucher from either Checkraze or whomever else would represent Frontier Station's administrative team.
  13. You've barely connected two times since you were banned. There seems to be a miscommunication with your ban: Your game ban was set for three days, which has since expired. Your role bans are appeal-only, after you demonstrate you haven't been an issue for a week or two of decent playtime/connections. Your role bans resulted almost exclusively due to your behavior immediately the following round where you took it upon yourself to spam anomalies and essentially destroy the station as the Research Director. Denied. Appeal again in two weeks with some decent playtime and no noteworthy issues.
  14. giving out random people random amounts of unwarranted access is not appropriate play and another player doing so does not justify you in doing it yourself. You also seem to illustrate in your relay conversation that you gave out a significant amount of access based upon metagaming factors (ex: exclusively doing so based on who can and cannot be naturally selected as an antagonist; "clown or mime can be the only antags, clown can't shoot") which in itself would also be an issue. This also for some reason involved you removing the communications console from its usual area to your personal oversight. Denied. Since this is only a roleban preventing you from playing head roles, appeal again in two weeks.
  15. epic we already had a rough translation on hand so I was really just curious of the blatant lie that was going to be told appeal in two weeks
  16. Due to your attempt to evade your ban, you are banned indefinitely. 17. The requirement of a voucher is non-negotiable. Getting punished for attempting to evade your ban is not "different from other games". Feel free to appeal when you are able to provide a voucher of good behavior.
  18. Do not "jokingly" call a union/riot/revolt whatever it is because this exact situation tends to happen where other people use it as an excuse to ruin everything. We will still hold you at fault for instigating the matter, jokingly or not. Even regardless of your "joking" instigation you still seem to have proceeded to attack someone and then "get violent" under the guise of your union antics. Don't do anything remotely like it again. Accepted.
  19. This ban is so old at this point that I don't think it is worth pressing the issue. Don't set players on fire for little-to-no reason after antagonizing them repeatedly. Accepted.
  20. I have some doubts, but there doesn't appear to be any noted issues and there's been about 10 days of connections. Accepted.
  21. what does this mean (seeing as I do not speak russian)
  22. And just so it is all in one place (since for some reason you made a new thread on this subject even directly referencing the prior thread about a very similar subject), "Job Timers" shouldn't be "replaced" as much as they should be "supported" by other methods of gauging player competency, some of which I spitballed in the other thread: Admins evaluating player's performance - Massive administrative burden, not at all feasible or worthwhile to keep up with Players evaluating player's performance - favoritism and not indicative of learning Automatically administered tests after playtime met - Probably the best but needs tests programmed and designed, tests have to keep up with job content, and the test answers if not sufficiently randomized would be easy to give out the answers to Automatically detected milestones - Difficult to detect, needs extensive programming, may not apply to all situations, needs admin oversight in that case No role timers - incompetent/stupid people sign up for important jobs and griefers get instant access to the most destructive jobs on the station At the end of the day part of the game is about your co-workers not being 100% optimal at their jobs, nor do we want to force everyone to always show they can do everything to a high standard. It's a videogame. We want to ensure at least a basic degree of common sense and basic ability to do the tasks demanded of the department (on LRP), but any more restrictive form of gating outside of a timer I feel is unlikely to be healthy for the game.
  23. don't necropost a dead thread just to clown on someone please
