While I have doubts given your track record of antagonizing things for fun, it has been a significant amount of time given the offense. Note that tolerance for shenanigans like smashing lights and antagonizing security will probably be heavily scrutinized from you going forward. Accepted.

Denied for the following reasons: Your play history between now and your prior ban is sporadic at best. I am unsure that we have established a proper pattern on your behavior. Notes since your last ban which would indicate you probably still aren't fully aware of the rules. Two prior bans for lying, giving me a lot less faith that you would be telling the truth. Your appeal is virtually a copy-paste sans changes to minor details of all of your prior appeals. If you want your appeal considered put some effort into it more than once. Appeal in two weeks, preferably with a well-written appeal that isn't a near mirror image of your old ones and preferably with some solid playtime to back it up.

Due to your attempt to evade your ban, you are banned indefinitely. You may appeal your ban, but only at least 6 months after your last ban evasion attempt, and only with a voucher of good behavior from another SS13/SS14 server. A voucher of good behavior should be obtained from a well-known or decently active SS13/SS14 server. If it is a mainstream server, we recommend using that server's admin-help to ask for a voucher from one of the administrators explaining that you are trying to appeal a ban on SS14's Wizard's Den and want to show you have been a problem-free player during your playtime on the server. A voucher should be indicative of at least a few months of play. If the voucher is not from a mainstream server, let us know and we will figure out a way to verify it.

The requirement of a voucher is non-negotiable. Appeal when you have one.
-
You should put at least as much effort in your appeal as you do smashing lights and welderbombing for no purpose.
-
Literally every single interaction you have had with our moderation has been some combination of demeaning, negative, accusatory, or outright hostile for virtually no discernable reason. Your appeal is about the same. Denied. Appeal again in a month.

yathima: asked to get myself banned about a year ago
lonesoldier55 replied to yathima's topic in Closed Appeals
You self-requested a "permaban with no chance to appeal" and furthermore attempted to ban evade that. This is on top of the numerous significant issues we had during your short playtime. Denied. -
I am replacing this with a 5 day ban which will expire on its own. Accepted.
-
Seeing as Jarnnor hasn't been an issue since their appeal I think this can be accepted. Please be aware another instance of metacommunications will probably result in both of you receiving a voucher ban that won't be easy to appeal. Accepted.
-
I'm replacing this with a two day ban from now after which point it will expire itself. Accepted.

You don't have a ton of play history to go off of. We cannot tolerate your behavior on the server if this is your reaction to a situation you dislike, regardless of how unjustified it is. I understand being frustrated in the moment but this is absolutely not going to be tolerated a second time.

Accepted. Don't let it happen again.

I didn't imply anything; I merely explained why we enforce the rule the way we do.

crackohead-Banned for looking like a WW2 leader

Accepted. Change your character's appearance please. -

Due to ban evasion attempts, like you were told on your last appeal, do not appeal unless you are ready to provide a voucher of good behavior and only after February 9th, 2024.
-
This is your second ban in six months for something in this vein (apparently the first was hand-labeling anything you could find "gay sex"). Are you sure this isn't going to be an issue again.
-
This ban was so long ago with no evasion attempts that I think its fine to accept this. Please behave.

you've been told multiple times not to post memes or otherwise be disruptive. We're not looking for you to nit-pick when we did or did not catch someone posting something, we're looking for you to be compliant about it. You revealing that you just want to "take the warn" indicates to me that you would likely continue to be a problem if unbanned. Denied. Appeal in two weeks.

Alright, fair enough, accepted. -

The way you write your appeal seems to obfuscate the fact that you were actively destroying station infrastructure with him as a "teaching" exercise at the expense of everyone else playing. You also espouse having a "pretty clean record", but you got banned in late June for this incident which was your only connection attempt since February where you were also noted to have problems. While it has been a bit since the original ban and I would believe the portion of your friend no longer having an interest, I am not sure you wouldn't be a problem still. Anything on that front? -
Unsurprisingly players often use "fake racism" as a stand-in for real racism and use that as justification to attack or conflict with players exclusively based on the race they decided to play. Regardless of your philosophy on who is being hurt by the slur usage, it is absolutely against our rules.
