SS14 account username: Some_Random Ban reason: Attempting to evade ban & Plasmaing Detroit station. Date of ban: 2/6/22 Length of ban: Permaban. Events leading to the ban: I decided 2 minutes after the shift started I said I was going to plasma station since we where on Detroit station, but before I succeeded their was a vote to reset which had 3/4 of players vote reset (but that didn't happen from what I remember), and captain said he was going to ask for nuke codes or call shuttle, and when captain asked if we could fix something we said no and we where on strike, and after about 20 minutes or less I came back from doing something and decided to continue the thing I was doing which took around 5-10 minutes before round reset. Reason the ban should be removed: I Believe that this was a fair ban that I deserve to be perma-banned after breaking server rules and plasma'd the station, I think that this ban was fair and that I shouldn't be unbanned but I love playing this game even though I break the rules this is the one game that I enjoy since Playing SS13 is like trying to get an apartment in new York for a affordable rent, its just nearly impossible, and I think that Attempting to evade my ban was dumb, but I seriously like playing this game from the chaotic nature to the calm moments. I just Regret it, seriously I just thought that that would be a funny joke but it was a fair ban but I would love to play this game again. And also I just wanted to play this game again which is why I attempted to evade my ban was just because I wanted to play this game since the people on it are so funny, and cool.

SS14 account: Some_Random Character name: Walter White Type of Ban: Game ban Date of Ban and Duration: 1:05pm somewhat Reason for Ban:"Permian for "Named "Walter White" " " Server you were playing on when banned: nyanotrasen Your side of the story: I recently named my character "Walter white" as a joke and i would purely try to go make drugs, and i started the shift as a chef and was trying to get access to Chemistry but we had no HoP so i broke into the office when the power was out, I had two other people with me a mime and a Greytider (aka a passenger.) I had thought if i got AA i could become captain cause we started the shift with no captain or HoP, later on i was captain and the HoS warned me "btw you can be banned for having Walter white as your name." so I told him "aww, ok well i'll change it after this shift." Why you think you should be unbanned: I honestly thought that a permaban was unfair considering it was my first ban on that server, i feel like i could've been warned by admin or they could've just said to change it, but at the time i started the shift and was unable to change my RP name. Anything else we should know: HoS warned me during the shift that my name could get me permabanned and I said alright i'll change it and then like 20 minutes later I'm in the kitchen cause I was bored and wanted food, and I was suddenly banned. also I would include screen shots of the game but my storage isn't the best so I wouldn't be able to screen record.

@Stealth16and @AWHayes have you decided about the ban it’s been almost 2 weeks I just need an update of some sorts, cause like stealth said it can take from a day to a week, depending on the situation.

It’s been about 5 days since stealth said “if we had an update, we would have posted it by now.” I was posting this cause the last one was at 12am, meaning he wouldn’t see it, all I’m asking is if you guys have decided or are still working on it.

Sorry I mean't to say. Im sorry for what I said it wasn't ok to say that which was not ok and it was offensive to some people and I didn't mean to say what I said, which wasn't ok and I am sorry I shouldn't have said anything.

Yea I know what I said wasn’t cool but I’m sorry for what I said I just wasn’t really happy that security maximum timed me for a small trick.

SS14 account: Some_random Character name: I don't know its been about three weeks. When was the ban: I believe I was banned about three weeks ago? I haven't checked. The Server I was playing on was Lizard Station. Your side of the story: Explain what happened in your own words, I said the N-word because of the Security team. The reasoning why I said the N-word was because I felt like the security team was unfairly giving me the max time of 5 minutes, when the security team was just being annoying so I tripped a security guard and stole his baton but not Attacking him, and then I ran out of the Cell, and back in to the cell only doing that when the 2nd security guard over reacted after arresting me and then said that my "2 minutes" was now 5 minutes. they where also talking about how they where gonna make it Perma which I said they can't do that without any real proof, which they responded with "we can do what we want." (I guess it was cause they where the law?) Which I lashed out saying the N-word over Radio, which I didn't know I was on Radio, until I got banned where it said I was using the Radio. Why you think you should be unbanned: Its been about 3 weeks as I said, but I feel like I understand my conciqences for saying the N-word. I believe I could Show players how to play and help people with things if they needed it. I believe the ban was fair, I said the N-word which was illegal and not Cool people probably wouldn't like to hear that if they where near me. Anything else we should know: I have noting of Relevance to say.

as stealth pointed out "racial slurs, leaving during ahelps, and attempted ban evasion. You're going to need a damn good appeal to get back in." The Racial slurs, I made a Bad point on my last Appeal I didn't wait and yes i believe the racial slurs, ban was fair, but as i said in my first Ban appeal, I left during Ahelp, Because it was my first time playing and i had barely 10 or 20 hours which i explained to moony. and the Attempted ban evasion, that was my first time like i said to moony, that i didn't understand bans, i am new to bans and haven't really been banned from a server before unless its a different game.

this is ban is about a day early or two i don't know, but i made it early cause i won't be able to check on the banappeal so I made it a day early. I do believe that my ban appeal was seen and was taken to the obvious question will i do it again and the answer i have is no, I wouldn't do it Again I said somthing i shouldn't have and was fairly banned, the ban was fair and if i have to wait another week or even two weeks I will accept and wait until then, and yes I believe the ban was acceptable between anyone for what I said. I know not to make mass amounts but I only made about Two which where in different time spans of about 20 - 24 hours ago, also I know their busy people but I would Love a Response from them as soon as possible and i saw moony was on about 1 hour ago and either he didn't see it or ignored it which he wouldn't ignore it.

Ok follow up I checked and moony said “wait about one week, unless you want that extended.” Which I have waited about a week now and I didn’t want to keep posting cause I would get a longer time for a ban but it’s been exactly a week and moony hasn’t checked the Un-Ban request, thus I will wait.

Look moony i know i said the N word but the thing about people is that where naturally gonna fuck up some times or even say things we don't mean to say and its the part of humans that naturally comes to us no one is perfect or naturally perfect and beautiful we all screw up some times i screw up and you and others do to in their lives. but the thing about us is we adapt to those things like when i drone trolled i was banned and i knew it was a Screw over to actual players some people like to do that or even mess around but i think it was truly my own fault for how i acted when i was in a moment of anger and hate i acted out that hate without realizing. Is this who i really want to become a Rascist person. I told my self i would never say it and would purely punish my self if i said it and i did i hate that i did and every thing about it i wanted to say. Yes your right i deserve to be banned. but i believe it would be my own fault if i didn't say this give me a second chance at least i didn't drone troll after that warning. i Really mean it i promise to not ever do it again it should be at note that yes you are correct for the ban but i would just Kill for a second chance once more. @moony

Your side of the story: i was just being a medical clown since the round already started and i decided to troll a bit and trip security and was arrested from taking a bag shell to a gun and security proceeded me which i made them (1x at the time) trip over a banana peel and then they harm baton me which i told them to take me to medical and they wouldn't and then the security said they would perma me in brig or something and try to perma me for noting illegal i did and then after i got out and then left the cell and went right back in i was baton'd not harm but i was harm baton'd by a security officer. ( i only said the things i felt as i was angered that i left the cell and went back in and was given 5 minutes for noting wrong except leaving my cell for 3 seconds and went back in then the officer said that "he could've died." and then maximum timed me for that which it was only 2 minutes after i got out of the cuffs. Why you think you should be unbanned: I don't think i would be allowed back in the server after i almost finished saying the N bomb but i didn't realize the time i said it was on Public radio i don't really care if i was unfair to the security but i probably deserver a perma for what i said on Public this was my Second ban. Anything else we should know: also i believe the security officer should've been warned not to make it a whole five minutes maximum for a small crime of leaving my cell, and they didn't even take my stuff from my bag or me except the stuff in my hands not pockets they left the banana peels and everything else. also moony surgery is pretty cool isn't it.

Also one more thing I didn’t know that I thought that was a clown noise before hand I think i heard it but just thought it was the clowns
