You're right. That's not how it works. Due to your attempted ban evasion you may appeal no sooner than April 4th, 2023 (six months after your last attempt to bypass the ban) with a voucher of good behavior from another SS13 or SS14 server.

An important distinction here: You were a syndicate operative who was killed for having a holoparasite and cloned to be arrested. You walked through walls out of your prison cell into the warden's office to taunt the arresting officer. This is not "normal shenanigans". This is you abusing bugs to get an unfair advantage as an antagonist, which is expressly against not only our rules, but pretty much any common convention of rules anywhere. I do not care if your intentions were not malicious, your actions were and that is unacceptable.

I think my largest hesitancy here is that you haven't played much since your ban. Granted, the time you have played appears to have been without issue.

So, for clarity, let's discuss the problem. You and your brother share the same IP but have different computers. Your brother's account is "mario". Fair enough. The problem is that immediately after your ban, you created a new account by the name of "log". log's only two connections were after your ban, from your device. This is obvious ban evasion. Our policies have changed in the time you have been banned and we are no longer willing to entertain this. You may appeal no sooner than 6 months after your last ban evasion attempt- which is May 27- so you may appeal no sooner than on Novermber 27, in three weeks. You will also need a voucher from another SS13 or SS14 server to appeal.

Closing this as you have an active gameban

For clarity: You were banned from Warden and Head of Security (And I think captain as well) due to misuse of lethals in violation of rule 12. You are still able to play security. This allows you to gain experience making non-lethal arrests. The way I see it, if you didn't need that additional time and experience in using non-lethals, you wouldn't have killed the clown. I don't view this as a punishment, I view this as "you need more time in the lower stakes role before you can shoot people again". If you disagree, then please explain to me how that has changed in the... hour and a half since between your armory ban and your appeal. No time has passed.

Any shuttle can actually go to centcom via FTL after the evac shuttle departs. These alternative methods won't work for traitor "escape" objectives.

If this was not done by you then we have no way of confirming that you have your account secure and by extension cannot unban you.

I have NEVER seen this much text for a single user. Notice how many of these begin with "as QM" or "as HoS".

Hello! Your security bans expire in two days. I'm going to ask that you wait it out.

You mentioned at one point that you only respect one of the admins that starts with an S. So myself and @StreakyHaddock (I imagine you were talking about them) will both be responding to this. We make our decisions as a team. Each of our thoughts and experiences are considered when dealing with a user. When you, as a user, are abrasive to the majority of the team, the majority of the team does not see value in unbanning you from head roles due to the relationship that you have over other users. Personally, I cannot speak to many experiences with you in-relay, but I have played alongside you ingame multiple times and found you to consistently be an irritating, argumentative powergamer who complains both IC and LOOC when things aren’t going your way. With this lens, reviewing your logs with various admins makes me believe this is not just you being irritated at specific admins, this is the norm. And that makes me extremely hesitant to give you leniency.
