Locking this because now people are making alts just to comment on this appeal thinking that it won’t come back to bite them. I will unlock this when we have reached a decision.

Hello Jonnas! Thank you for appealing. The Wizard Den server series is english-only. If you are unable to communicate in english without the use of translators, our servers are not a good fit for you. I encourage you to search for other servers in your native language that will be easier for you to play on. This appeal is denied.

This appeal is denied. You may appeal in a month and your chances of returning are slim without a voucher from another SS13 or SS14 server.

I'm going to lock this for a bit because this has gone past the point of sharing info and into the realm of unhelpful arguments. We will update this with a response when we finalize our thoughts.

This is not the original account you were banned on. Due to your attempted ban evasion you cannot appeal until May 19th, 2023 (6 months after your most recent attempt to ban evade) and you will require a voucher from another SS13 or SS14 server to appeal it. Metacomming fundamentally breaks the game and provides a massive unfair advantage to you. We are not interested in allowing it. Your attempts to get around the ban in place for doing so does not give us any faith that you would not do it again.

Reviewing your chat logs from the day, even ignoring the slur you spent a large part of the day slinging profanity at people and insulting other users. I'm not really convinced that your sense of humor is a good fit for our servers. This is from your one round from the day you were banned. You never say more than six words at a time, you constantly belittle others and cause problems. If your appeal is accepted here (and we will be deferring to the opinions of the transgender members of the administrative team) the expectation is that your behavior will change drastically from where it was before. We communicate with the nyano admins every day. They have active admins.

Because nobody has made that yet. I was able to properly setup mapping in about 20 minutes, and I'm not very smart. It's pretty intuitive.

Consultation with the nyanotrasen administration suggests otherwise, as in the last three weeks you've received numerous warnings and bans on that server. You may appeal again in a month. You don't need a voucher but if you're going to name drop a server as proof that you've improved the expectation is that you've been playing well there, not that you've been causing the same level of trouble.

If you don’t recognize how this is creepy you should probably stop appealing.

It is the opinion of the administration team at this time that if getting drunk results in you saying racial slurs you should find a different server to play on.

Never mind, you also said this. I'm seeing a pattern I really don't like here and I'm not sure how you forgot about both of these.

For the record, as far as I can tell your ban reason should have probably said something closer to "racial slur rebrading". This is not appropriate and if it happens again you will be permanently removed. Understandable?

Just going to notify you that according to your connection log, you have not had any playtime since your previous appeal and this appeal would be denied even if it were December 18 due to the fact that you haven't played.

This ban is no longer appealable due to the banned user sending me slurs.

Denied for a number of reasons. 1. You are the only person to use that homophobic slur in the last 24 hours. 2. Your character name is in violation of our naming policies 3. Attempted ban evasion (with a vpn that we have already marked) 4. This isn't even the account you were banned on. This is the account you tried to evade with. You may appeal no sooner than May 7th, 2023 (six months after your most recent attempt at ban evasion) with a voucher of good behavior from another SS13 or SS14 server.

We are not interested in removing the 24hr timeout from discord, but we will discuss reducing your game ban duration. Murderboning charge aside, talking about the game outside of the game is considered metacommunication and will usually result in an indefinite ban. This is very clearly outlined in our ingame rules: While I do feel it is unreasonable to permanently ban someone for discussing the ongoing round in wizden general because it is the one type of metacomming we can actually police, rules as written dictate that you would be facing an appeal-only ban, not a one week ban for doing this.
