The problem with saying that you had no advantage or that what you were doing wasn’t effecting your play is that clearly it was effecting your play. An admin noticed it and banned you for it. If your behavior was not altered in any way by how you were playing, you would not be banned for it. Fundamentally, the reason you are here is because you were observed to be breaking the rules.

You’re on some seriously thin ice for evading your security job ban in the first place, and considering that I caught you evading it because you were doing a poor job playing security, this is not something that we are going to entertain right now. Keep playing. Stay out of trouble and behave. It helps that we know you genuinely do mean well and were not trying to grief, but currently you need some more playtime under your belt. Reappeal in two weeks.

I'm going to ignore the extremely likely case of metacomms here between you and the person that I'm assuming is your friend or sibling and get straight to the reason why this, according to our policy, must be denied. You attempted to ban evade under the name Wildspacecarp the same day you made this appeal. You chose not to bring this up at any moment during the appeal or the commentary afterward. This account was made by you, not your friend. Your friend will also not be able to appeal because we cannot guarantee that they will not let you play on their device. Between your ban evasion attempt and the instance of you harassing our team listed above, I have no empathy for you and will refer you to a standard 6 month voucher ban. I don't think that you understand what the problem here is. You made the decision to leave in the round, which is perfectly fine. But you chose, rather than leaving quietly, to blow up multiple parts of the nukie ship, inject yourself with a holo, and space yourself. You intentionally chose to cripple your teammates and grief a random player looking for a ghost role instead of just going away. I don't care how much damage you "think" you did. You decided to make things needlessly difficult for your team for literally zero reason on your way out. You actively made the choice to troll the other players in the round and harm their experience playing the game. All things considered, I think you got off easy with a week ban.

Why does this diminish the fact that you crippled the other nukies for no reason? If you have to go, leave. Or better yet, don't ready up in the first place.

Appeal denied for a number of reasons. Here are the chief two. 1. Attempted ban evasion under the name "GetShlumped". You made this appeal shortly after attempting to circumvent your ban (about four hours ago, it looks like). You make no mention of this account anywhere in this appeal, so according to internal policy, this is an automatic deny for that alone. 2. This is your second appeal only ban for inappropriate speech. According to new banning policy, 2x appeal bans (even disregarding that it's for a similar reason both times) results in a voucher ban. You may appeal no sooner than January 27th, 2023 (six months after your most recent attempt to ban evade) with a voucher of good behavior from another SS14 or SS13 server. Further attempts to evade your ban will result in this being unappealable.

Here's my problem. Every single time you get warned for doing something wrong, you find an "excuse", or attempt to diminish what you did incorrectly. From your ahelps: "In my defense, he did steal cap's stuff" "I didn't kill them", you only disposaled them "Good thing I'm a chemist and not a fucking doctor" From your discord messages: In preparation for your response of "Well those are from the past, you can't bring them up for right now", you don't appear to have changed at all, which is what we're looking for before you come back into the game. And don't say that you've changed, demonstrate it in your behavior.

I don't appreciate you attempting to circumvent your appeal by messaging me. You were banned on January 16th for racial slurs under the username "mexicangrootjr". You have attempted to connect to our servers four times as Cliffy since then, and twice as mexicangrootjr. You attempted to connect from both accounts within 5 minutes of each other in April, when you made your last appeal. If you are not mexicangrootjr, then there's quite a few problems with this appeal beyond that- being that you listed a server, you listed that you were using a character name (albeit one you did not remember), and you listed that you broke several rules. Cliffy has never successfully connected to the wizard den servers. You have blatantly lied. This appeal is denied. You may appeal it in 2023 only with a voucher of good behavior from an SS13 or other SS14 server on your original account. Not Cliffy.
