Your ban was, in fact mislabeled. But it was not mislabeled in your favor. You were banned on July 17th for theft. So let me get this straight You went around and forcefed multiple people extremely dangerous explosive vomit pills without asking them. You threatened to bomb the medical department. You did all of this as a non-antag. You did all of this knowing that it was not fun to be on the recipient of. And then you asked an admin for help when you got stabbed to death for doing it. This is commonly referred to as being a dick, being a bully, or being a griefer. All three of which are not permitted here. This appeal is denied. You will not be getting unbanned from science any time soon. I am extending your jobban to cover chemistry as well. You have no sense that you did anything wrong. Your next ban will be voucher-only. You are playing with 64 other people. You are expected to not make their lives hell.

We should not have to police you to see if you’re doing anything wrong. We can not always police you to see if you are doing anything wrong. We have to trust that you will not and currently we can not do that. The other half of the issue here is that you and your friend were being an absolutely massive dick together. You made a bartender’s round basically unplayable. You were actively detracting from gameplay before you were even banned for metacomms. I don’t think that’s worth bringing back into the game.

This is a shame, because you actually could've appealed this really easily if you didn't try to ban evade. Appeal denied due to attempted ban evasion under the name n4d3. This seems to be getting a lot of attention so I’m going to lock this appeal while we do a little bit more digging and come to a consensus internally.

I think what really gets me here is that you knew that this was against the rules. When I froze your friend, you went over to him and started pulling on him. THEN you started talking to him ingame. There was a clear moment of “oh shit, I’ve been found out” there that I really do not appreciate and to me is potentially indicative of you purposefully ignoring other rules, which has a negative impact on the round.

Is that why you tried to ban evade? Due to your attempt to evade your ban under the name "inflicked", this appeal is denied. I also don't think you're above the age of 16 but that will be a discussion that we'll have no sooner than six months from now.

The ban message that appears is the oldest ban. The ban on VPN you are currently using today to connect was placed in June. As such, that is the ban that appears to deny you.
