As an admin, I believe our primary role is to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all players on the server. We act as mediators, enforcers of rules. Admins are responsible for maintaining a fair and balanced environment, resolving conflicts, and addressing any issues that may arise. i would like to create a welcoming atmosphere for all if possible. where everyone can engage in fun roleplaying, my goal would be to uphold the server's integrity and promote a sense of inclusivity, ensuring that everyone feels heard and valued and handle any Ahelp request where people might need help. How do you feel about the current roleplay status on the server? From my experience playing on the server, I find the current roleplay status is all right, even tho i mostly play on lizards, which is LRP. as it stands right now i have never really had a problem with other people (Shitters and people breaking the rules not included). As an admin on the server, i would remind people not to break rules and guide them if need be if they are new. i feel like I have developed a deep passion for the game and the community surrounding it, i feel like i have had a lot of fun with other players and seen the positive impact that admins can have on the server such as answering prayers or enforcing the rules when shitters are being annoying/helping people who did'nt read the rules ,I want to give all my time to this community by offering dedication to ensure that the server remains a welcoming and enjoyable space for everyone. I believe my time zone might also make me able to help people somewhat more when all the the us admins are offline. (my time zone is gmt +2) i would be able to be online 10 hours per day and every day of the week, in my own opinion i would be able to provide consistent and reliable support for the player base. I understand that administration requires a proactive and attentive approach, and I am willing to invest the necessary time and effort to fulfill this responsibility effectively. andi know i may now have any prior administration experience in SS13 or SS14, I feel like i would bring a strong foundation of interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities, and again in my own opinion a fair-minded approach.
