Read this since i typed my thoughts better here not the above that reason i do agree. i used the wrong kind of force,which i did agree with the admin to not do again since a solution was apparent aka to baton and stun them, now i did not actualy mean to deal too much damage ,when i figured i punched him too much i just stopped and backed off, but that was a one off fail that was quite unment to actualy crit him, i wanted him to stop and not destroy the last chairs that we would sit on , and the whole situation may have been a misunderstanding. in the matter of him telling his side i already told you above he was holding the stuff in his hand there for i belived i was in solid ground to yell and punch him a bit to make sure he doesn't do it again. TL;DR: I know it was the wrong kind of force but in all due reality nothing bad came from it since i stopped when i realised it was doing it too much , the guy got meds and got better, and i and the admin of that round already found a better solution if such problems come up again which is to stun them and cuff them till we get to the station.There for the ban is unwarented for this solved reason. . I don't think i should be judged more hurshly due to prior incrasirations. If you mean the HoS thing that was months ago and i belive i have shown good behavior in general as sec. I did have some run ins with the admins over some deaths but some where cleared while others got me to play better and to avoid furthur truble. but nothing too major.

Date of ban: 17-10-2023 Length of ban: 30 days Events leading to the ban:The ban as i understand happened due to my conduct in two rounds. in the first one i hit a guy who broke all the chairs in arrivials dealing him 70 damage before stoping. In the 2nd round i was rude to the hos and a cdt and i threw a syndie pai into space. Reason the ban should be removed: I feel the ban is too leangthy. for the first round i thought the guy was intensionaly breaking the chairs so he can steal our items, i was later informed by a admin that he was infact fixing the chairs , i can't say which is true but based on the info i had at hand i yelled at him why he broke the bloody chairs, he told me he didn't do it while he had the steel and a item that can break chairs in his hands ,there for i thought it was him.For the syndie pai i was not aware that we should maintain pai's that where from syndie stuff. I threw him though mainly for personal spite due to him reporting me to admin for literaly shooting a syndie who used syndie abilities to try and kill me.I do understand why that's wrong in the same breath. to throw a pai is literal hell since he can't die but mistakenly i thought due to it being a syndie item making it inaccessable was alright.The rudeness against HoS and the cdt i think was warented.The HoP was saposed to tell hos that i was going under cover, i even anounced it to fellow sec officers when i spawned, and not only i was arrested twice but my id was stolen by them which was terrible since without it i couldn't say that indeed i was a sec officer. i did tell them to check manifest and they said that i was a passenger. They where incompitent to a point that they left a dead syndie to rot in a cabin(which got noticed only after i told cap about it) . i did mind you ask for that syndie to be gibbed but i didn't hide him or anything like that. they literaly put him in a cabin and leave him. And i got banned and not only that but next time i do <<somthing>> i will be permabanned while half the stuff i did where either minor offences or justified.

Reason the ban should be removed: A few weeks have past without incident and i have a bit of playtime in the server.(there was a small ones, where i killed a syndie as a lawer due to him walking around with a syndie gun on his back in the middle of the hall while i knew my lawer friend was a syndie target and i got a told by an admin that i shouldn't hunt syndies if i am not sec) note: If the time playing without incident is still not enough i would request for the ban to be changed to command only since sec is the department i mostly play other than chemist and medic. Since the inccident in question was as a command role and it wasn't a random killing nor a random arrest , and also to note the fact i play usualy sec quite well i do think that with me around the rounds will be better since i do the job well and without breaking rules.

hm to denounce him ofc. It was against the rules what i did. Won't happen again. Can't say anything more.

That is where my round ended. Reason the ban should be removed: in Hindsight it was not the best way to handle the round. I have a good record of being HoS with a lot of rounds and most of my time spend doing a good job at it. I did do ill on this occasion but it was due to a lot of factors that lead to it which are rarely combined together. Admins gave polls about a lot of joke rounds which led to a lot of odd stuff like a portal to hell as an example ecs causing the whole mood to be trollish in the server in general. The captain was a clown who trolled and was super hard to deal with(he didn't carry the nuke disc with him for example and other stuff he did ). And a general rumor that he was going to demote RD which might have been false. (it can be seen on the logs I talked about it with the Head of cargo at the time )I generally act better at bad situations like this tho I did say at the warden at around the start when I noticed that our cap was actively trolling that we were going to coup him and i said it in a fun way so i could convince him. It is also to of note the way i did the coup rather than killing the cap i tried to bring the cap at the bridge so the rest of the heads can decide on what to do at which time a clown uncuffed him and then the cap started shooting me and the warden .I mention this to note that i did it not for a trollish reason but for a practical one and also to show that i respect the general procedure of the station(this can be confirmed by looking at the round loggs too).Though I don't support the action unless done in extreme circumstances. like I said before i do think i was in the wrong in this case and i would accept any day/bans or long-term bans as see fit. though i don't think that a perma ban or a role ban is fit since i do my job quite well and am quite effective at it. the point of the game is for people to have fun and follow the rules and the most important pillar of that is a good sec force.
