Another thing. this is simillar to the first time i got banned. i was a chemist that just discovred ipec and pot bombs. it was at evac when i started to give random people them the pills (not antag), i was fairly new. didnt knew every role. after people was barfing and exploding and watching. an admin asked me if i did it or not. in which i responded to yes (duh) instantly got banned. without knowing why its wrong or any warning. didnt knew i could appeal cuz i was new and wondered why it was wrong for me to do that

SS14 account username: Toast Ban reason: doing a slur saying fag Date of ban: 15/02/2023 Length of ban: appeal ban Events leading to the ban: i was doing making chems for the crew when a clown broke into chems. me learning not to him, i flushed him through the trash chute. after a few min he comes back calling me things like gay or FAG. anyway after a fight with the clown cuz hes vandalizing chems, i downed him, and he taken to medical, several minutes afterwards. I think i saw him being dragged dead (disconnected) with a kill sign, not sure it was him completely but his first name was made me think it was him. After i saw that. i made cryoxadon for the cryolab and when sudden a rat servant and ratking arrived and me and owen went to hunting the ratking. we chased for a bit when we arrived at the bar/kitchen i said "get that fag" or similar to that. and just when im about leave the bar. boom instant ban, no bwoink or no warning. Reason the ban should be removed: i can see why im banned for saying such a word in the eyes of an admin. but at first i didnt even knew that word was prohibited. i knew racial slurs was really bad and probably calling someone gay, lesiban. etc? but never expected FAG would be an instant ban. ive said it one time and this is 99 percent most likey the first time ive used it. Second, Seeing how the clown didnt get banned and had a kill sign over his head, i thought it would be OK to use it. thirdly, I thought that if i did something wrong i would get messaged or be teleported, being shot at by invisible entity. ETC. Personally its seemed unfair that i got instantly banned for that without warning, most admins warn me or accused me after i did something or did nothing wrong. But again it is an inappropriate word to say. This ban couldve been avoided if the admin that banned or whatever it was, had warned me not to say it. but. i dont mind a ban for a day at least or a week on average. i understand the severity of the rules or more importantly racial slurs. Important: i may have done many have done alot of typos or missing topic. feel free to question me because these days i feel like im talking and typing like XQC

Never mind... dead servers... i never seen them online except mining and that was quite a long time ago...

-SS14 account username: Toastinator -Ban reason: overescalation with multiple previous instanaces and 2 prior bans in 6 months (long ago idk when, 6 months ago since 2nd ban?) -date of ban: I forgot sorry -length of ban: appeal ban only -events leading to the ban: I was salvaging in kettle when the second qm asked us who wants to be the third qm. i said sure. and i go to the hop to get be the quarter-half master. otw the hop i happen to see the mime blocking the way to hop by invsible walling the windoor to hop for quiet a while. me being impatient. decided to slash him with my survival knife and give a chance to run which he didnt, and i forgot if he went into critical or not but when i was in prision he said to have died. on CE's side. if i recall he said that i should've said a verbal warning for him to move first (which i forgot to do) and i should give more time on the slashing to make him rethink and go away. Reason the ban should be removed: it was my mistake that i didnt give him a verbal warning and start to hit him with little delay. I've clearly learnt my lesson in these last several months. and after the ban ive been playing nyanotranse IMPORTANT: i couldnt get a recommendation in nyanotranse. i forgot to ask for a recommendation for a full month+ and yesterday i remembered and asked how to get it, an admin responded saying that they wont be giving recommendation (formally or not i forgot) or will ever. i was recommened to play at nyano by ce i think so i can get a recommnedation at nyano so i can be unbanned. but they said they will not give a recommendation to anyone or ever. if this appeal is rejected which quite honestly will imo. Can someone recommened me a server that can give out a recommnedation (english server only)

i completely understand why you all have some hesitance. define "playing well on nyanotrasen" and i dont know them too well as they have many admins and ive been playing less than a month in their server

oops i forgot to mention that the mime blocked hop for quiet awhile. thats also being another reason why i hit him

Account : Toastinator Name : Timid jak Ban Type : appeal ban Ban Time : 22-23 of november 2022 Reason for Ban : overesclation over a mime blocking hop Server Name : Lizard My side : i was a salvage in kettle. i was going getting something from salvage when the second QM telling cargo does anyone want to be qm. so i voluntreed to be. when i reached hop the second qm was there and a mime was continously blocking hop for a pretty long time i remember. me being annoyed decided to slashed the mime to scare him away, but ultimately didnt. i gave him a pause from the knife to run away. and before i know it. he went critcal. sec dragged him off to sec/medical and i was talking to hop about being the quater-half master. which then sec arrested me for attacking (and possibly killing? i dont remember) the mime. ce chatted with me and i explained what happen how i gave him a chance. and he mention i didnt say anything about a saying the the mime to leave which is totally my bad. so i agree to be banned Why I think I should be unbanned : i feel like i should be banned for a few days to regain my compsure and learn from this. this is well my third time getting banned. and i learnt from what i shouldnt do from those bans. this third ban is totally justified and i agree i should be banned for this (CE was really cool for saying he'll have to ban me for this unlike the first and second by idk whom) for a few days to think it through. last time ce gave me a warning not to overescalate next time. and from that day foward i give people a chance to run away after getting hit. basically i learn from my mistakes Anything else : thx to ce for being a good admin. and wrote a reasonable reason as to why i am banned and all. unlike someone i forgot banning me instantly when im new to the game. and also im exploring nyanotranse to find new content (very chill/calm place)
