Is their anything in particular you feel was unjust about the way you were treated, or is it just that a ban was applied? When you say you want to try to get the rules adjusted, what exactly do you mean by that, what sort of adjustment are you hoping would be made?

I know you were directed to staff complaints, but just to clarify, is this a staff complaint or are you just looking for clarification on the name use/rules?

I was beaten to closing the appeal, but I did fix your notes to make it clear the ban shouldn't be considered against you

Yes, it's an evasion attempt, and yes the date repo gave is correct. You also had a short ban in February and in January.

While what you did wasn't ERP, it does violate the rule which says In addition to other issues, there appear to be multiple instances where you've been warned for sexual content in the past. Depending on context, references to hitler are generally also considered an issue, though the primary reason for rejecting this appeal appears to be due to your history of issues with sexual content and in general. You can appeal again no sooner than 2 weeks from now

Unfortunately there is no exception for the voucher requirement. We don't require you to be active on other server's forums, only that another well-known or decently active SS13/SS14 server be willing to say that you've spent a few months playing on the server without any major issues. You're free to open another appeal, but only with a voucher

This is asking what policy or expectation the admin who you are making a complaint about violated. To make sure I'm understanding what exactly you believe is the issue, is your complaint: that you were asked to change your name, which you believe is appropriate, that one of the reasons you were given for having to change your name, "you could be mistaken for an admin with that name since we choose goofy names sometimes", was not a valid reason, both of the above, or some other issue.

The round was Lizard 37820. Here is the complete text of the ahelp from that round: There are 2 ahelping in what appear to be the next 2 rounds where the complainant is informed that they haven't changed their name, but these do not appear to be relevant to the complaint. There is another ahelp on what appears to be the round after those two where the complainant asks if a specific name would be appropriate, but that also appears to not be relevant to the complaint. Any or all of these ahelps will be shared at request of the complainant.
