it's kinda weird and rude of you to assume everyone has the same exact life and participates in the same exact activities and communities as you. teachers don't outright say the n word in history class, and there are some schools that don't teach about it at all. not to mention how there are countries other than the us where people don't really care or bother themselves with that stuff at all. the blm trend was mainly a twitter thing. it wasn't as widespread as you think it was, and a lot of people just stay out of the loop. also, once again, it wasn't a worldwide event. pewdiepie saying a slur was a very minor and unremarkable situation outside of some youtube communities. news about it were trending for less than a week and it's not unlikely op simply missed the whole ordeal. and nobody ever watched politicians on tv. that's the most boring way anyone can spend their time. everyone learns some common knowledge things differently, so there's no reason to blame someone for not knowing what you think is obvious. it's likely op learned that the n slur was just a curse word and nothing significant.

I think a 1 week timeout in the initial instance was a little forward. Gaslighting is a form of abuse and an extremely serious accusation to levy on someone, especially over basic discord messages. For the record, this is the message which I pointed out as being overly sarcastic, hostile and unhelpful, and which Richord is claiming was not intended to be sarcastic in any way: I think any reasonable person sees this as a sarcastic statement. I don't appreciate it being framed as simply you saying "i needed to be more specific". Claiming I am gaslighting you by calling this out is frankly abusive behavior that I don't have any intention of harboring in our discord.

Why you think you should be unbanned: Yall are taking this very seriously. Up until that point I was rping, and having fun with the peeps on your server. I legit ran a DnD game for some people in the library, and I was encouraging my other chaotic friend not to take "leader" roles until we learned the game. You've very much put a sour taste in my mouth from all this. I apologized in our first comms (mod) and tried to explain to you this was my, and say it with me, first day of the fucking game. I have 18 hours on profile and roughly 10 is because I left my computer on. I was here to have fun. I understand what I did wrong, I have apologized for it. You have continued to up the stakes of this for literally no reason. Anything else we should know:

Calling the admin aids has no impact on this ban, just icing on the cake as to the bitterness and imaturity. This ban also isn't really isn't about being a bigot or homophobic or anything like that (in my opinion, as the person who warned then banned you twice). It's that you have no respect for the rules or other people. I let you off with a warning the first time you broke the rules and even said others would have just perma'd you right away. How you can see any comedy in doing it again after being warned is just stupid. Your rambling explanation now about what you think of gay people does nothing to help you either. If you really cared about playing the game then this is a lesson in not being stupid literally moments after receiving a warning. Personally I would have reduced the ban to a length of time if you showed any remorse or admission of guilt but so far all I see are excuses and justification. Again, leaving this up to the badmins.
